I am fascinated with light and prismatic effects. Additionally I am troubled by the discard of usable materials, pieces, parts and just interesting things (junk?).  Through the use of recycled or scavenged windows, discarded mirrors and/or picture frames I found the “canvas” for my “raw” materials. Using a glass surface as my canvas allows the light to play through and across the many surfaces within a piece.
